The HET Corporate Program is a free set of wellness tools that employers provide to their employees that helps employees and their families make health a daily habit, both at the office and at home. Employers participating in the HET Corporate Program are encouraged to join the nationwide movement to help fight childhood obesity by supporting the JAM School Program and engaging employees to become JAM School Ambassadors. The HET Corporate Program is designed to activate healthier habits in the workplace and offer organizations a way to further embed their respected reputation in the communities and schools where employees live and work.

Employers enrolled in the HET Corporate Program receive our one-minute exercise routine called Movin’ Minute™ and the monthly Health-E-tips newsletter.
These mini-workouts alternate between routines that are done while standing or sitting in a chair. Each issue includes a simple, healthier habit idea. Use them once or multiple times each day or combine several issues for even more exercise.
Use the Movin' Minute™ routines around the office or at home, as a re-energizer during meetings or at conferences, and while traveling. Even employees that have mobility challenges can participate. |
The HET Monthly Newsletter is a quick-read that delivers “bite-sized” health information. Each issue includes practical, real-world nutrition, fitness and health tips that are easily applied to daily living. |
These one-page, one-minute-manager-type wellness tools get employees thinking and moving in healthy directions. Forward to employees, publish in your corporate newsletter and post on your intranet or around the company.
The Movin' Minute™ is a great tool to establish an employee incentive program.

Groups participating in the HET Corporate Program can support the JAM School Program initiatives and engage employees to become JAM School Ambassadors in three simple ways:
Employers will support employees as Ambassadors to introduce Health-E-tips' JAM School Program as a free wellness resource to their local schools. Employees, as Ambassadors, can register one or more schools and employers can include this initiative on CSR reports.
Employers and Ambassadors will be encouraged to support local and national JAM School Program initiatives.
Employers can participate in and promote Health-E-tips’ “Donate 2 Fight Obesity campaign” in the workplace. This campaign offers companies a way to engage employees to JOIN the nationwide Movement to fight childhood obesity. The “Donate 2 Fight Obesity” campaign seeks to gather a $2 donation from contributors and directly benefits the JAM School Foundation. The foundation provides free health and wellness resources to schools. Click here to learn more: jamschoolfoundation.org. |
